This document aims to regulate the general terms of reservation services online between CARINE HEIRMAN DOBBELARE – henceforth, Casa Rural Domingo – (contact details listed in the Legal Notice of this website) and its customers as well as the rules of the establishment.
You, as a customer, declare to be of age and/or have the legal capacity and work enough for these contracts and accept, fully and without reservation, the validity of all and each one of the general clauses of contracts listed below:
1. online reserve.
1.1. procedure of booking online.
We put at our guests disposal a system of booking on line through our website that facilitates the receipt and confirmation of reservations.
To proceed with the reservation, you must enter the dates in which to enjoy your stay, indicate the type of room and number of nights and finally enter your personal data.
To confirm the reservation we request a 50% of the total amount in advance. We accept bank transfer as payment.

1.2. confirmation of the contract.
At the end of the booking process, you will receive within 24 hours an email booking confirmation with all the details of the same: booking number, amount, date and time of the reservation, name and surname of the customer, place, date and time of delivery, and breakdown of the amount.
1.3. cancellation policy.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, accommodation charge in any case the amount provided as a deposit. In case of modification of the dates of the reservation, please contact us for this change and thus keep the deposit delivered.
2. rates.
Prices displayed on the website include VAT or other indirect tax, as well as management and handling costs. Rates vary depending on the season of the year, the duration of the stay and the services contracted pursuant to this section.

3. use of the services.
The user undertakes to use the services of way according to law, morality, good customs and public order, as well as with the provisions of the present general contracting conditions respecting the rights and/or interests of third parties who in any way harm Casa Rural Domingo services and/or its image.
Casa Rural Domingo may, for greater flexibility and for the benefit of users, unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, services provided, or the technical conditions of operation and use of the services.
4. rights of customers.

In addition, we inform you that you are entitled to cancel your booking as stated above provided that still had not enjoyed the stay. The deadline, if you are not satisfied, you can request a refund of the amount paid.
In relation to the form of dispute resolution, Casa Rural Domingo and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, are subjected to the courts and tribunals of Malaga unless another law specified otherwise.
